At Likalu Pottery, every piece is a reflection of a life spent creating. After years as a chef and restaurateur, I traded the fast-paced energy of the professional kitchen for the meditative rhythm of the potter’s wheel here in beautiful Southern Oregon. For me, pottery is a natural extension of my culinary journey-moving from the art of the meal to the art of the vessel that holds it. While I am a newcomer to the craft, I have fallen deeply in love with the tactile, intentional process of shaping clay into something both functional and beautiful. When I’m not in the studio, my life is full of the wonderful chaos of family, shared with my husband, our six children, and eight grandchildren. Likalu Pottery is born from that same spirit of warmth and family; it is handcrafted and designed to bring a touch of artistry to your table and a sense of home to your daily rituals.
